The photographer
...will do his best to do a good job.
...will send a video of the photos I selected within 3 days.
...will not verbally or physically harass the model during the photoshoot or force her to pose against her will.
...will deliver the photos selected by the model within one week of the photoshoot.
The photographer holds the copyright. ...does not use/post photos that the model has rejected. The photographer may use the photos freely. In the case of commercial use or if the photo is licensed, the model is not entitled to any financial contribution (model release).
